As the leading manufacturer of submersible pumps Tsurumi is present all over Europe. We design and manufacture high quality products for tough conditions in various dewatering applications including mining, tunnelling, construction and industrial. We provide the best service in class for our customers with maintenance friendly products that reduce costs for the users.

The Kyoto plant
Designed for increased productivity through fully integrated streamlined production systems, Tsurumi's factory in Kyoto (Japan) features a production capacity of a full 1 million pumps per year.
Large-scale modern R&D facilties offer optimum conditions for experimenting and testing of even super-large pumps and for developing new products to expand the possibilities and applications of pumps.
To provide optimum conditions to our main asset, our workers, as well as for environment, special emphasis is placed on optimized working conditions with airconditioning, minimized dust and exhaust gas emission, comprehensive recycling and waste recovery.
The factory is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified

Started manufacturing of irrigation pumps at the machinery division of Tsurumi Shokai Company.

Started manufacturing of submersible water pumps. Received Governor's Award of Osaka Prefecture for the development of submersible pumps.

Tsurumi (Europe) GmbH has been established in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Listed on the first section of both Tokyo and Osaka Stock Exchange Market.
Obtained ISO-9001 at Kyoto Plant.

Completed new 7-storey Headquarters Building in Osaka.
Opened manufacturing plant in Taiwan.
